Before you come to our office, please arrange the following, in order to have more efficient and simple treatment:

Visit your dentist and arrange examination. You will be informed about your dental health and possibilities for dental treatment.
Send us by e – mail all documentation on your teeth and gum status, eventually your medical history and x-ray of both jaws (ortopan).
Our dental team will carefully study the complete documentation and prepare a proposal of the treatment plan (preliminary treatment plan) for your condition and price of complete dental treatment.

On your first visit, after first examination, our doctors will make definitive treatment plan that can be minimally changed in comparison to the preliminary one.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payment is in cash or by credit cards (Visa, Master, Diners, and American Express).

You are obliged to pay 50% of the total amount, upon your receipt of a treatment plan and the rest after the completion of treatment.

For foreign citizens, members of the diplomatic core and persons who live abroad, we issue a special bill. If you have medical insurance in your own country, which covers dental treatment expenses, with our bill you can partly or completely refund money from your dental insurance.

GUARANTEE

Our dental office gives a guarantee for fillings 2 years, all dentures 2 years, crowns and bridges 8 years. The guarantee includes a repeated dental treatment. Travel and lodging expenses are not included.

INSURANCE

Dental practice dr Filip Pavlović has a cooperation agreement with the insurance company Basler of Switzerland. Thereby, we protect the interests rights of our patients and provide reliable compensation, if required.
